Hi, I'm Fran, I have over 30 years experience working with young children as a fully qualified teacher. I hold the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination and have worked as a SENDCo for 7 years.

Colleagues have described me as warm, patient, compassionate and very cheerful.  The children I've worked with think of me as funny, kind and someone who gets you to dance and wiggle your bottom! 

 

I specialise in working with students who need a different approach to their learning away from the constraints of the classroom. I'm also able to provide advice and support to families as they navigate the often overwhelming SEND system.

 

I bring an element of fun and imaginative thinking to inspire the children I work with, creating a nurturing environment where your child feels calmer, more in control and ready to learn.​ Building relationships, reducing anxiety, boosting self-esteem and above all creating a bespoke learning journey that suits each individual is fundamental to my approach.
